This session includes guided meditation with Kerbie who teaches many methods of well-being through inactive and active meditation. (Crystal bowls, shamanic drum, chanting, singing, guided, energy work and more).
You will receive a wealth of knowledge and wisdom and tools to promote a fulfilling spiritual and material life.
Classes will be arranged at the appropriate evening and time suitable for both student and teacher. The class itself can last up to 2 hours.
Please note we do not lie down - a chair is provided for students.
