Fibromyalgia Awareness Lanyard

The fibromyalgia awareness ribbon is typically purple. Purple represents a variety of conditions related to chronic pain, and it is also used to raise awareness for fibromyalgia, a chronic disorder characterised by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and other symptoms.

The purple ribbon serves as a symbol to support individuals living with fibromyalgia, as well as their families and caregivers. 

It helps raise awareness about the challenges faced by those with the condition and fosters understanding and empathy within the community. 

By wearing or displaying the purple ribbon, people show solidarity and advocate for better research, treatment options, and support services for individuals living with fibromyalgia.

I have this myself and believe me it’s no walk in the park!  However the pain can be relieved with eating and drinking correctly, thinking good, and move to your limit.   Meditation and breathing is key.  

Everyone who has it has varied symptoms, pains and can be really debilitating so awareness and understanding is so so important.
