Energy Healing Level 1 — Foundation

This is where your journey into energy healing begins.

Level 1 is designed to give you a clear, practical foundation in understanding and working with energy—without confusion, without guesswork.

This is not about learning complicated systems.

It is about learning to feel, recognise, and work with energy in a simple and grounded way.

What This Course Is Abou t

Many people are drawn to energy healing but are left unsure of what they are actually feeling or doing.

This training changes that.

You will be guided step-by-step to develop real awareness and sensitivity, so you can begin to understand energy through direct experience—not theory alone.

What You Will Learn

During this training, you will be introduced to the core foundations of energy work, including:

• What energy is and how it moves through the body
• How to feel energy in your hands and body
• Breathing techniques to support energy flow
• Grounding and centring to stabilise your energy
• Awareness of the chakra system
• A simple and effective self-healing routine

Each part of the course is taught practically, allowing you to experience what is being explained as you go.

How You Will Learn

This course is approximately 90% practical.

You will not be sitting and listening for long periods.

Instead, you will:

• Be guided through each technique
• Practise as you learn
• Build confidence through direct experience

This approach allows your understanding to develop naturally and clearly.

• Those who feel drawn to energy work but want clarity

What You Will Gain

By the end of Level 1, you will:

• Be able to feel energy more clearly

• You will have the knowledge of Bija seed sounds (chanting) to open one up to possibilities

You are not being asked to believe anything.

You are being shown how to experience it for yourself.

Your learning does not end when the training finishes.

As you begin to practise and develop your skills, it is natural to have questions or want guidance—and support will be available to you.

Due to the limited number of spaces and the preparation involved in each training, your place is secured specifically for you once payment has been made.
