Please bring lunch 🥗- bottle of water.  Flask if you drink tea/coffee.

This is not a surface-level introduction to energy work.

This is a structured, grounded training designed to teach you how to actually feel, understand, and work with energy—clearly, confidently, and without confusion.

Whether you are completely new or have explored energy work before, this programme gives you a solid foundation and practitioner-level skillset you can trust.

Level 1 — Foundation

You will learn how to build real sensitivity and awareness:

• What energy is and how it works
• How to feel energy in your body and hands
• Breathing techniques to activate and balance energy (∞ flow awareness)
• Grounding and centring properly
• Chakra awareness and energy flow and powerful chanting 
• A full self-healing routine you can practise daily

By the end of Level 1, you will no longer be guessing—you will feel and recognise energy directly.

Level 2 — Practitioner Training

This is where your practice becomes real.

You will learn how to work with others confidently and safely:

• How to structure a complete energy healing session
• How to read and respond to energy without overthinking
• Energy clearing and restoring flow
• How to place your hands and maintain steady awareness
• Practitioner presence and confidence
• Boundaries, ethics, and energetic stability

By the end of this level, you will be able to perform full energy healing sessions with clarity and confidence.

Your learning does not end when the training finishes.

Due to the limited number of spaces and the preparation involved in each training, your place is secured specifically for you once payment has been made.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to a future training date (subject to availability), provided reasonable notice is given.
