Our Peruvian cacao is cultivated by small farmer co-operatives. The Criolla variety is considered to be “the king of cacao” because it is the most ancient - it is not a hybrid - and produces high quality beans of fine flavours and aromas constituting an important percentage in the production of fine chocolate. Minimum possible processing is used with this bean, applying low fermentation and low temperature without roasting, by means of unique methods to maintain its natural purity and quality. The beans are simply ground into the powder.

Cacao and Almond Energy Bars
Ingredients:
• 1 cup dates, pitted
• 1/2 cup almonds
• 1/4 cup cacao powder
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut
• 1/4 cup almond butter
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• A pinch of salt
Instructions :
1. In a food processor, combine dates, almonds, cacao powder, shredded coconut, almond butter, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
2. Pulse until the mixture comes together and is slightly sticky.
3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least an hour.
4. Cut into bars and enjoy as an energy-boosting snack.
Cacao and Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients :
• 1 ripe banana
• 2 tablespoons cacao powder
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• Toppings (e.g., sliced banana, granola, and chia seeds)
Instructions :
1.
Blend the banana, cacao powder, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and almond milk until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
3. Top with sliced banana, granola, and chia seeds for added texture and flavor.
Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients :
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cacao powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
6. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
