The Benu bird, also known as the Bennu bird, is an ancient Egyptian mythological bird associated with the concept of rebirth, creation, and renewal. It is often depicted as a heron or crane-like bird and is closely linked to the sun god Ra. The Benu bird was believed to have lived for thousands of years before immolating itself in a sacred fire, and from its ashes, a new bird would arise, symbolising the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.

As for the ankh, I mentioned it in the previous posts. The ankh is an ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic symbol that represents life. It resembles a cross with a loop at the top and is associated with life, immortality, and fertility in Egyptian mythology. It is often depicted in the hands of deities and was considered a symbol of power and protection.

Today, the ankh remains a popular symbol in various cultures, representing life and spiritual wisdom.
